How do I change my account email?
You can log in to your account and change it from your Profile > Edit Profile.

What should I do if my payment fails?
YIf your payment fails, you can use the (COD) payment option, if available on that order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can pause or cancel your course at any time. However, you will lose your current match after a pause and be assigned a new one upon resuming.

What happens if I can’t reach my partner?
For pair work, sessions can only be completed and closed when both partners complete all assignments and submit a call. If you can’t reach your partner, please contact us for assistance. If the issue persists, you will be assigned a new partner.

Can I change partner?
If there is an issue with your partner that prevents course progress, please contact us.

How do I apply a coupon on my order?
